We at ICTEdu HQ are delighted to announce that the Youth Media Team are going on tour. We’ve been asked to report on the Teaching Council’s Feilte event on Saturday 5th October. The members of the team are all very excited to be involved again, and I for one, am really looking forward to seeing the event through their eyes. The team will again be led by Conor Galvin who will be ably assisted by Evelyn O’Connor and Bernie Goldbach. We’ll miss Joe Dale’s input but his influence will be felt as the team tweet, interview and blog their way through the Friday night CESI meet and the Saturday festival.
So, if you’re going to the events over the weekend of 4th/5th of October, please stop and chat to the red shirts, as they’ll be very eager to report your thoughts. If you can’t make it on the day make sure to follow @feilte and the #feilte hashtag on twitter to get a flavour of what’s going on.
On a personal note, I’m delighted to get a chance to work with the dream team of Conor, Evelyn and Bernie not to mention the stars of the show, our talented teenagers who make up the Youth Media Team.
